I am absolutely delighted to announce that Fairplay’s bid to ‘myplace’ for the full costs of the Fairplay centre has been successful!

As well as a state of the art centre for Fairplay the bid will allow for the refurbishment of the next door Donut Creative Arts Studio. This will become an inclusive centre for contemporary music, media, arts and dance and will provide our members with amazing opportunities to become involved in the arts.

Building work has commenced and it is expected that the centre will be opened in March 2010.

I would like to thank everyone involved in the project so far for their wonderful commitment and support in making Fairplay’s dream to have its own centre a reality!!
