Fantastic News!
Fairplay has been successful in gaining a grant from MyPlace for our new Building!
What does Fairplay Do?
Fairplay aims to increase services for all children and young people and their parents and carers through playschemes, activity days, youth clubs, sibling days and support groups.
Our services are spread throughout North Derbyshire and can be accessed in Bolsover, Chesterfield, Derbyshire Dales, High Peak, Glossop and North East Derbyshire.
Who can access Fairplay?
Any child or young person with an additional need or disability can access Fairplay’s services after a membership form has been completed. Families, social workers, teachers, youth workers or anyone who knows a child or young person that may benefit can make referrals.
Fairplay works in partnership with many agencies including the Children and Younger Adults Service, SureStart and other voluntary organisations.
Fairplay receives funding from many sources including
Children in Need
Derbyshire County Council
Sure Start
Children's Fund and the
Lottery.
Fairplay also holds many fundraising events throughout the year.
All Fairplay staff are appropriately qualified and subject to Criminal Records Bureau checks and our schemes are registered with Ofsted or Commission for Social Care and Inspection (CSCI).
