Fairplay - Home Based Support Service
The Home Based Support Service is available for children and young people with complex health care needs. The service is provided in the child or young person’s home or community.
The children and young people are consulted about all the activities that they would like to undertake. Fairplay has a team of Home Based Support Workers who work very closely with families to ensure that appropriate support is given.
The project is a joint venture between Fairplay and Derbyshire County PCT who provide funding for the project. The scheme is registered with the Commission for Social Care and Inspection (CSCI).
